Our Team

Steve Lassey

As Chief Executive Officer , Steve oversees corporate direction & strategy, to grow the business and ensure the company’s position as a global industry leader.

Steve has over 30 years of professional experience in the information technology industry, with 25 years in the public sector including 16 years of management roles. From Technologist to CIO, Applications to Architecture, his collective knowledge, experience and skill set make a unique leader, fully able to interpret ideas and strategies and deliver critical capabilities which ensure business needs are met or exceeded.

Steve has managed programs and projects, application and technology architectures, development and support teams of up to 35 members, and was CIO for a major public transportation company during his 15 years of service.

In 2009, Steve was recognized as a Computerworld Laureate for the design and implementation of a SmartBus system, and in 2015 by Gartner as a Vanguard Enterprise Architecture leader.

Hanh Truong

As Chief Technology Officer, Hanh is responsible for leading the Technology IT services division.

A 30-year industry veteran with specialization in the transit technology having developed, designed and managed teams in the implementation of real-time transit applications. Hanh has led various development activities at a major public transportation company including the design of various in-house transit applications, system interfaces to various third-party external transit COTS from vendors such as Clever Devices, Giro, Trapeze, InfoDev and Presto.

Along with his vast technical experience, Hanh has in-depth knowledge in various transit business functional areas such as Scheduling, Transit Operations, Operator Work & Fleet Management and Customer Information Systems.

Hanh’s educational background includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from Phutho Technology University (Vietnam) and also has a Bachelor’s of Computer Science from Ottawa University (Canada).

Biju Nair

As Director of Technology, Biju provides technical advisory consultancy services.

Biju with over 20 years of experience in the transit technology space has been involved in the architecture, systems design and development of various mission critical transit scheduling, transit operation and customer information systems.

Biju was the architect of the OC Transpo (Ottawa Transit Agency) Public API, one of the first public API’s available in Canada for transit data.

Biju is currently involved in providing technical and business advisory services to OC Transpo on upgrading their current operational transit IT systems as well as integration with the up-coming Confederation Line LRT IT systems.

Biju has a Bachelors in Computer Science from Pune University (India) and a Diploma in Advance Computing from the Center of Advance Computing (C-DAC) Pune University (India).
